Recipe to prepare BirriaI
ngredients:3 tablespoons oil.2 cloves of garlic.1 / 2 chopped onion.100g. bell pepper, seeded.50g. ancho chile without seeds.2 cups water (480ml.)4 cubes of Maggi Tomato.3 tablespoons cumin.12 cups water (2,880 liters.)2 cubes of Maggi Tomato.1 / 2 goat cut into pieces (about 2 1 / 2 kg.)
Procedure:Heat oil and saute garlic, onion and chiles. Add water, tomato and cumin Maggi. Bring to a boil, and strain the sauce liquefies. Return it to the fire and add water, Maggi Tomato and meat. Cook until meat is tender. Serve hot with onion, oregano and lemon.
